My last post was four months back...
So what happened?
Well, a lot actually.
First, My previous VPS provider, VPSFarm is a blood-sucker, big time. Their network connections is slow as hell. They reboot your VPS at their fancy with no warning or notification. I've got corrupted database during one of their emergency shutdowns. They don't have any SLA, and the support seemed to be manned by a single person, so if he just went to bed and your VPS started to acting up, good luck and wait for him the next morning. Niceee...
Previously, I was with Quantact, and compared to VPSFarm, I must say to Quantact actually treat you like a valuable customer. Response to support inquiry was fast, I *never* had unexpected shutdowns, never had any extreme slow-downs, network performance is as expected, and overall, a very nice experience. Too bad their package configuration is quite small and a bit pricey, so I had to switch, and ended up with VPSFarm the blood sucker.
To top it all, I was changing job at that time, and struggle to find enough time to migrate my VPS to a new host. Now everything has settled down a bit, and bitbubique.com is back up again!
