Apparently the genius at Celcom thinks that in order to provide to service during peak period (in this case Hari Raya), they can simply stop other service which they think is not important. This is the message I received today in my SMS inbox.
Plggan yg dihargai, Laporan Penghantaran SMS anda akan dihentikan sementara pd 30/9/08 utk mengelakkan sebrg gangguan perkhidmatan di musim perayaan ini.T.Kasih
Pretty genius eh? Stop the SMS service on the peak day, announce it in advanced, so that it won't be an outage, instead it will be a "scheduled interruption"!
